When will my new Delta Dental coverage begin?

Your coverage begins on January 1, 2021, if you actively enroll in the Dental Plan during Annual Enrollment.

When will my CIGNA Dental coverage end?

Your coverage ends on December 31, 2020.

What is the Delta Dental provider network?

BMC offers a single dental plan, the Delta Dental PPO plus Premier plan, with two network choices with different savings levels.

1. Delta Dental Premier – offers a more extensive network with a general level of fee reductions

2. Delta Dental PPO – has a more select number of providers and offers deeper fee reductions/more significant savings

With BMC’s dental plan, you can use any licensed dentist. Still, you’ll usually save money by going to a participating dentist in one of the networks (Premier or PPO) because you’ll get a reduced rate.

How do I search for a Delta Dental provider?

It is quick and easy to find a Delta Dental dentist.

• Go to deltadentalins.com

• Look for the Find a Dentist tool on the right and enter a location

• Select Delta Dental PPO (for the most significant savings) or Delta Dental Premier (general savings)

• Click Search

I heard I will not receive a Delta Dental ID card. Is that correct?

That is correct. Delta Dental does not provide dental ID cards, and you do not need one to receive care. You can provide your Social Security number at your dental appointment or download a card at deltadentalins.com.

BMC’s orthodontia lifetime maximum is $500 higher than Compuware’s. Does that mean I am eligible for an additional $500?

Based on the patient’s treatment plan, an additional $500 orthodontia benefit might be available to you. After January 1, 2021, contact Delta Dental at 800-521-2651 for more information and consideration.

Does Delta Dental have a self-service website where I can search for providers, view claims, download an ID card, view plan information, etc.?

Yes, Delta Dental has a robust self-service website. After January 1, 2021, simply log in at deltadentalins.com and create an account.

When will my new vision coverage with VSP begin?

Your coverage begins on January 1, 2021, if you actively enroll in the Vision Plan during Annual Enrollment.

When will my National Vision Administrator (NVA) coverage end?

Your coverage ends on December 31, 2020.

How do I search for a VSP provider?

It is quick and easy to find a VSP provider.

• Go to vsp.com

• Look for the Find a Doctor tool on the top left

• Select Search by Location, Office, or Doctor and enter the information

• Click Search
