Yes, YSA can issue reimbursements via direct deposit. Direct deposit is the fastest way to receive reimbursements. After January 1, 2021, simply log on to mybmcrewards.com and click on the Your Spending Account (YSA) tile to enter your direct deposit information.
No, you must go online to request reimbursement for dependent care expenses. Login to mybmcrewards.com and click on the Your Spending Account (YSA) tile. With the Reimburse Me app, use the Dependent Care E-signature feature to enter your claim details. Then, ask your dependent care provider to tap and sign the signature line on your smartphone screen.
You may obtain your flexible spending account (FSA) summary by visiting mybmcrewards.com after January 1, 2021, and clicking on the Your Spending Account tile. You can access your FSA election/balance information, transaction summary, and banking information. Yes, remaining 2020 Health or Limited FSA balances up to $500 will roll over to Your Spending Account in May 2021. You can use your 2020 FSA rollover amount through December 31, 2021, with YSA/Alight FSA.
Note: If you believe you will have 2020 rollover FSA funds for 2021, ensure you enroll during Annual Enrollment in either a Health Care FSA (PPO Plan) or a Limited Use FSA (HSA Plan).
